Comparison to perpetuals
The plETH token is similar to perpetuals in some ways:
Both derivatives enable leveraged long positions on ETH.
However, plETH has important differences from perpetuals:
Unlike perpetuals, there is no risk of liquidation with plETH. With perpetuals, if the price of ETH goes too low, even for a short while, your entire position is zeroed out. This does not happen with plETH.
This difference enables an important advantage: as long as your price target is right, you'll make a profit. You never lisk losing all your money to price volatility.
